Don't be a drag, just be a queen

WOW I have literally just finished watching Lady Gaga's new video for her fabulous song Born This Way.

When the video first started i was a bit like, hmm..this is like something from The X Files, but i gave it time and Gaga didn't dissapoint. Half naked dancing scenes, a ridiculously long bubblegum pink ponytail wig, sexy skeletons, giving birth to an egg, and a homage to (at a guess) Madonna at the end of the video - ONLY Gaga could pull off this wacky, somewhat sci-fi video.

I did find myself cringing a tad though when the "giving birth" elements featured in the video, but this could just be me being over sensitive, or it could be because it did look quite gruesome and i had just eaten my tea (LOL). Also, as AMAZING as her figure is, (and her ass does look fabulous in those black sheer knickers) i couldn't help thinking 'FOR GOD'S SAKE WOMEN GO AND EAT A BIG MAC!!!!' She seems to have lost ALOT of weight, if you look back at her in the 'Just Dance' video and compare.

Either way, love her or hate her - i've a feeling Gaga is here to stay, and is already as famous and as much of an idol as Madonna, and will continue to grace the world with her crazy videos that leave us hanging off the edge of our chair, craving more.

If you haven't already watched it, WATCH IT NOW :)

What are your thoughts on the video?

    Welcome to the blogging world!

Lady Gaga stunned me with this one, her homage to McQueen was also really touching.

  2. I don't know what it is about her new album. I can't get over how much less visionary it is than her last one. It's a little too 90's dance for me. And the similarity to what Madonna was doing in the 90s is kind of insane. I love your blog, it's super cute :)
